Laser treatments do not — the right plan depends on your skin, and a number invented before we have seen it would be a guess dressed up as a quote. So those get a real figure at your consultation, in writing, before anything is booked.

What you can count on
- Your consultation is free, whether you book anything or not.
- You get an itemized cost in writing before treatment is scheduled.
- If a treatment is not right for your skin, we will say so — and tell you what is, including when that is the cheaper option.
- Series and package pricing exists for treatments that run as a course; ask and we will price the whole course, not just the first session.
What to know
- A quote reflects the plan you discussed; changing the area or the depth changes the price.
- Treatment is always subject to your provider’s clinical judgment on the day.
- Promotions run to their published dates and cannot be applied retroactively.
- Ask about payment terms, expiry and transfers when you buy — we will give you the current terms in writing rather than a summary on a web page.

Laser hair removal works on the hair’s growth cycle, which is why it runs as a programme rather than a one-off. Why aren’t laser prices posted?
Because the honest answer depends on your skin. The area treated, the depth needed and how many sessions it takes are decisions a provider makes after looking at you — and a number published before that is a guess. What we will do is give you an itemized cost in writing at your consultation, before anything is scheduled, so you are never asked to commit to a figure you have not seen.
What can I buy online right now?
Skincare and take-home devices — professional lines, Nutrafol and Omnilux — all priced in the shop. Treatments are not sold online; they are arranged with us directly after a consultation.
Do you offer packages or series pricing?
Yes, for treatments that work as a course rather than a single visit — BBL photofacials are the clearest example. Ask us to price the whole course at your consultation rather than session by session, and we will show you both so you can compare.
Is financing available?
Our membership programmes can be paid monthly through Cherry, with approval in as little as thirty seconds and no hard credit check. For anything outside a membership, ask us what is available when you have your quote.
What happens if the consultation shows I’m not a candidate?
Then we say so, and we tell you what would work instead — including when that is a less expensive treatment, or nothing at all. Nothing is booked or charged before that conversation, which is the point of holding it first.
Are prices the same in Naperville and Oswego?
Not every treatment runs at both locations — CO2 resurfacing is Naperville only, for instance. When you book, we will confirm which location you are being seen at and quote for that one.
