Vitamin injections, a full dose in under fifteen minutes.
The shortest route we have to a single nutrient. An injection goes straight into the muscle, so absorption never depends on your digestion — most take under fifteen minutes, and several are designed to be repeated weekly.

The method, plainly stated.
An injection is deliberately narrow: one nutrient, one dose, a couple of minutes. That is what makes it easy to repeat — several of these work best as a weekly habit rather than a one-off. If what you actually need is volume and a blend, that is a drip, and we will say so.

What vitamin injections are used for
Each injection on the menu is tagged to one of these goals — the same goals the menu below filters by.
Who this is for — and who it isn’t
Most clinics only publish the first list. Both matter.
A good fit if
- You are topping up something specific — energy, immunity, hair and nails.
- You want to be in and out on a lunch break.
- You would rather build a weekly habit than book a single big treatment.
- Oral supplements have not made much difference.
Consider something else if
- You are dehydrated or run down and need volume — a drip delivers fluid as well as nutrients.
- You want several nutrients at once — an IV blend covers more ground in one sitting.
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding or managing a condition we have not reviewed. Talk to us first.
Not sure which? A free consultation settles it in fifteen minutes.
Your visit, start to finish
-
Screening
A brief health check at your appointment — your history, your medication and what you are hoping to fix. No separate consultation needed.
-
Injection
Intramuscular, usually the upper arm. It takes a minute or two.
-
Back to it
No downtime. Most people go straight back to work, and several of these are meant to be repeated weekly.
What's actually in them.
Plain definitions for everything on the menu.
- NAD+
- A coenzyme present in every cell, involved in energy production and cellular repair. Levels fall with age.
- Glutathione
- The body's primary antioxidant, produced in the liver. Associated with detoxification and skin brightness.
- Vitamin B12
- Essential for red blood cell formation and nerve function. Low levels are a common cause of fatigue.
- Biotin
- Vitamin B7. Supports keratin production — the protein hair and nails are built from.
- Vitamin D
- Regulates calcium absorption and immune response. Deficiency is common through an Illinois winter.
- Vitamin C
- Antioxidant and a cofactor in collagen synthesis and immune function.
- Zinc
- A mineral involved in immune signalling, wound healing and protein synthesis.
- Taurine
- An amino acid concentrated in the heart, muscle and brain, involved in cardiovascular and liver function.
- Lipotropic (MIC)
- Methionine, inositol and choline — three compounds that support fat metabolism in the liver.
- Intramuscular
- Delivered into muscle rather than into a vein, so it absorbs steadily and takes only a minute.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a consultation first?
No. A brief health screening happens at your appointment — we review your history and current medication before anything is given.
How is this different from an IV drip?
An injection is one nutrient, given into muscle, in a couple of minutes. A drip is a blend delivered into a vein over thirty to forty-five minutes, and it rehydrates you as well. Injections are the quicker, more repeatable option; drips cover more ground at once.
Does it hurt?
A small needle into the upper arm — most people describe it as a pinch. It is over in seconds.
How often can I have one?
It depends on the injection. B12 is typically once a week and Lipotropic up to twice a week; others are less frequent. We will tell you what makes sense for the one you choose.
Can I add an injection to another appointment?
Yes, and many clients do — mention it when you book and we will allow the extra few minutes so you are only making one trip.
How soon will I feel something?
It varies by person and by injection. Some notice an energy difference the same day; others are building levels back up over several weeks. Individual results vary.
